Magic hug is necessary

  If someone hugs you in a difficult situation, then the tension is felt less.  Research suggests that this happens more in the context of women.  In research done on 76 people, it was revealed that when a woman hugs her, then there is less production of the stress hormone called cortisol in that person.  It doesn't happen by hugging a man. Reducing stress is important for memory According to research, hugging someone after a negative event makes a person feel better. This research was done at the University of Arizona, USA.  According to the researchers, cortisol can have an effect on memory, which can make carrying out a stressful task even more difficult.  When a person hugs affectionately, a hormone called oxytocin is produced.  It reduces the effect of cortisol. Similar research was done in 2018 as well.  It was said that hugging someone after a negative event makes a person feel better.  Scientists also say that before hugging, understand whether the person in front needs it
